Through DartBoston, we are looking to create more events geared toward startup employees and those looking to work at startups.

In our first event, we focused on startup compensation and what to expect when going to work at a startup from a salary and equity standpoint.  On the panel we had Jennifer Lum of Apricot Capital and former employee at Apple, Quattro and mCube, Brian Kalma of Gemvara and former employee at Zappos and Gilt Groupe, and Dave Cappillo of Goodwin Procter.
