Pokin' Holes in Start-Up Ideas
How are you going to make money?
I have been running around from meet-up to tweet-up in Boston the past several months and tons of young entrepreneurs are shooting around business ideas. It’s exciting to see all of the energy and passion that the young Boston crowd is brining to the start-up scene.
I have been lucky to meet a ton of hackers, social media people, user experience guys, SEO people, business school grads and others and this crowd is beginning to mix and collaborate which I think is going to transform this area. Dart has certainly seen it’s share of people stopping by to pitch ideas and figure out how to make them work.
As one who loves to talk shop, smoke the hookah, drink a beer and come up with business models I wanted to bring the conversations that are already happening at dart to the rest of the young, passionate entrepreneur community. I want to get everyone involved in the conversation so that we can all help one another be successful entrepreneurs.
So… with that said, we are going to turn these conversations into a show called, ‘Pokin’ Holes’. The premise is, we invite a diverse group of 20 somethings over who work in various fields and connect with the community online to help improve business ideas.
